Thank you for fabulous "teach me" presentations. We learned so many new things! Grades are posted in-class.

Please check HW folders for a permission slip coming home to allow students to walk to the Chandelier Tree.

Also, please keep a lookout in the Pawprint about the upcoming awards ceremony.

Lastly, if you are interested in leading a craft or cooking project for Valentine's Day please contact me ASAP.

We went to the cultural museum.
We went to the Asian art museum.
We went to Benihana's.
We saw the Golden Gate Bridge.
We slept at Ms.Stern's apartment.
I wish my Parents could come too.
I like San Fransisco.

DEAR SCHOOL.
ON WEDNESDAY MY CLASS WENT ON A FIELDTRIP. IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET TO CHINATOWN. WHEN WE GOT THERE, I WAS AMAZED. WHEN WE GOT OUT OF THE PARKING LOT I SAW MS. STERN'S MOM HOLLY PENYO. WE SAW A CULTURAL MUSEUM AND THE FORTUNE COOKIE FACTORY. THE NEXT DAY, WE WENT TO JAPANTOWN. WE HAD A CHEF COOK RIGHT IN FRONT OF US! THE PLACE WAS CALLED BENIHANAS.

Welcome Back

We had a problem with the printer ink today so a refreshed HW schedule will go home tomorrow. Second graders MUST read for 30 minutes a day and complete the assignment listed. Third graders must read for 45 minutes a day and complete the assignment listed. *If the book is too hard, find one that "fits just right."

I wanted to quickly announce our character awards for November and December. Triston and Seth received awards in November. Xander and Sebastion received awards in December.
