We had a fantastic trip to the Mad River Fish Hatchery! We learned all about the trout and salmon life cycle and how the men there spawn the fish to increase the river population. Please ask your student about our trip so they can explain what they learned.
There are auditions for the Missoula Children's Theatre for the play King Arthur's Quest on Monday afternoon (March 12th). I encourage all students to audition. Keep in mind you must be willing to stay for the late rehearsals every day of the week. The rehearsals go until 8:15 every evening. If you can not audition I hope to see you at the performance Friday night (March 16th). Try to coordinate with other parents, this will save you driving time.
On Friday March 16th we will be having a second/third grade bake sale to raise funds for our class from 10am-2pm. Missy has been generous enough to help us with baking and organizing this event. I would appreciate if all families could donate 1-2 baked goods. Call me or Missy with any questions.
Rebecca
